Theresa Forgue

Theresa Forgue, nee Bartolucci, age 94, of Lincolnwood. Adored wife of George Forgue. Loving mother of George, Susan, and Tom (Dori McDonald) Forgue. Dear grandmother of David (Kate Hahn), Alex (Theresa), Gemma, and Cormac Forgue. Theresa was a graduate of The School of The Art Institute of Chicago on scholarship, and Northeastern Illinois University. She taught art at St. Patrick High School for over 20 years. Theresa was the chief designer and executive vice president of the fashion house in which she worked, Adrian Tabin. She was a wonderful water colorist and all around excellent artist. Her students who learned from her won many awards. She was a big fan of Jane Austen. She will be missed. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 28th, 10AM, Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N Sauganash Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
