Maria Angelina Flores
Maria Angelina Flores, 76, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023, in Glen Rose, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 5 until 8, on Wednesday evening, June 14, at the Wiley Glen Rose Funeral Chapel, 504 Holden Street in Glen Rose. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Squaw Creek Cemetery.
Maria was born on July 21, 1946, in Mexico, to Jacinto & Florencia Flores. She married Eulalio Flores, II and together had 5 children. Maria’s doors were always open to everyone and she was ever willing to help those in need. An excellent cook, she enjoyed sharing food with others. Additionally, she enjoyed sewing, doing outdoor work, and playing scratch-off tickets! Most of all, Maria will be remembered for the caring love and devotion she had for her family.
Maria is survived by her children, Eulalio Flores, III, Jose Flores, Jacinto and wife Sandra Flores, Roger and wife Gabriella Flores, and Lorena and husband Ivan Gutierrez; her grandchildren, Eulalio, IV., Elida, Damian, Julian, Jovani, Jakob, Kassandra, Elizabeth and Christian; great-grandson, Zayden; and by her brother, Jose Flores.
In addition to her parents, Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Eulalio Flores II; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
