My sisters and I took Dance lessons from Fujima Kansuma at 15-16 yrs old. We were not the petite Japanese American girls but big awkward and never felt that we fit in . Osho-San was very ,kind, gentle caring with us which was empowering through the awkward years .. II ‘m 81 now and always remember Osho-san carrying a quiet ,elegant dignity about her .. I’m 81 now and have always remembered her in that way .
