Miguel Quintero, age 26 of Plano, IL passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, November 25, 2022. He was born on January 7, 1996 in Aurora, IL the son of Miguel H. and Socorro (Nunez) Quintero.
Miguel was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Plano, IL. He will always be remembered for his love of music. Miguel was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and cousin who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Miguel is survived by his parents, Miguel and Socorro Quintero; his siblings, Araceli (Cesar) Mendoza of Berwyn, IL, Benjamin (Elvia) Quintero of Cortland, IL and Brenda (Omar) Perez of Montgomery, IL; his nieces and nephews, Vivian, Edith and Heidi Mendoza, Emma and Natalia Quintero, and Emery and Benicio Perez; his maternal grandfather, Alberto Nunez of Mexico; also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Reymundo and Felicitas Quintero; and his maternal grandmother, Petra Nunez.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1001 North Center Avenue, Plano, IL. Interment will follow in the Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano, IL.
Friends may visit from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1010 West South Street, Plano, IL.
