Suzann K. Hage
Suzann K. Hage, age 75 of Plainfield, IL passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at her home. She was born on August 1, 1947 in Aurora, IL the daughter of John H. and Mary (Phillips) Johnson.
Suzann was united in marriage on June 29, 1968 to Lee Harold Hage and they spent the next 45 years happily together until his passing in June of 2013. Mrs. Hage was a longtime member of Cross Lutheran Church in Yorkville, IL. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Suzann is survived by her children, Leah (Jim) Freuler of WI and Kyle Hage of Sandwich, IL; her grandchildren, Jacob, Alex and Eric Freuler; her siblings, John (Karla) Johnston and Mary Williams both of FL; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Johnson; her husband, Lee Harold Hage; also her brother-in-law, Richard Williams.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Cross Lutheran Church, 8609 Rt. 47 in Yorkville, IL with Pastor Eric Gauss, officiating. Interment will follow in the Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Yorkville, IL.
Friends may visit from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 North Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL.
