Contessa M. Eason was born on September 24,1973 in Chicago, IL to the late Ronald Crawford and Beverly Fletcher.
Contessa walked into the loving arms of the Lord on June 26,2022. She loved the lord and it showed by the love she gave to so many and all the people she touched.
Contessa was such a loving, fun, loyal, hardworking independent woman. She was so selfless and always a joy to be around.
Contessa graduated from Health Careers and went on to pursue higher education in Early Childhood Development.
Contessa was a dedicated employee for 23 years with CMSD. She truly loved working with children and making a positive difference in their life.
Contessa married the love of her life Franklin Eason on June 12,2009. Together they have the joy of their life their daughter Destiny. She loved being destiny mom and there was nothing in this world she wouldn’t do for her child.
Contessa favorite thing to do was shop and find luxury items for a bargain. It brought her so much joy to have her coupons and save money. Aside from shopping she also loved to make others laugh “She would always say that she could have been a comedian or actor, but she was too shy “.
Contessa preceded in death by her father Ronald Crawford and her grandmother Louise Newby.
Contessa is loved and missed by family and friends. She leaves behind her Husband Franklin, Her Daughter Destiny, Her Mother Beverly and three sisters Yelet Newby, Yvette Newby-Jones, Theia Robinson and one brother Ronald Crawford Jr . She was a loving aunt to her 9 nephews and 3 nieces: amazing god mom to her 2 Goddaughters.
Well done Contessa no more pain get your rest we will carry the torch from here!!
