Eva May Laird

Eva May Laird, nee Burns, age 85 of Chicago. Beloved wife of Edward Laird for 62 wonderful years. Devoted mother to Edward (Mary) Laird, Theresa (Jason) Brackevelt, Timothy (Kimberly) Laird, Michael (Christine) Laird, and the late Patricia (James) Ginanne. Loving Grandmother to Adam, Jillian, Mathew, Nathan, Samantha, Megan, Nolan, and Byrnn. Eva loved to make things, and encouraged creativity from all of her grandchildren. She volunteered at her children and grandchildren’s schools for special events for many years. A visitation will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago IL from 4:00-8:00PM. A funeral mass will be held at Queen of All Saints Basilica, Friday, April 22, at 10:00am. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines IL.
