Henry Erik Bilus

Henry Erik Bilus, age 21 of Joliet, IL passed away, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Province St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet, IL. He was born on November 16, 2000 in Palos Heights, IL.

Henry was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Yorkville, IL. He was the very proud winner of multiple Special Olympic Medals and enjoyed all the friends that he made. Henry was a loving son, brother, and grandson who will be deeply missed by his family and many, many friends.

Henry is survived by his parents, Sean and Jill O’Brien of Joliet, IL; his brother, Nicholas Bilus of Shorewood, IL; his maternal grandmother, Karen Grzybek of Joliet, IL; also his many friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Peter Grzybek; and his paternal grandparents, Paul and Joan O’Brien.

A Celebration of Henry’s Life will be held at a later date.
