Paul R. Miller, age 69 of Yorkville, IL passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital. He was born on September 12, 1952 in Chicago, IL the son of Raymond and Virginia (Weinrick) Miller.
Paul was united in marriage on December 30, 1972 to Peggy Thompson and were in their 50th year of a wonderful marriage. Paul was a devoted family man. He was employed for many years as a general contractor at Hughes Enterprises. Paul enjoyed the outdoors, camping in the National Parks, and tending to his trees. Paul was a skilled woodworker. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Paul was the beloved husband of Peggy Miller of Yorkville, IL; loving father to Sarah (Hamin) Tien of Aurora, IL, Richard (Kimberly) Miller of Plano, IL, Bridget and Alex Donelson of Yorkville, IL; devoted Papa to Reid, Wynne, and Nellie Tien, Dustin, Brandon, Carter and Andrew Wallace, and AJ and Claire Donelson, brother to Raymond Miller of Aurora, IL, brother-in-law to Suellen (Dick) Jagels of Winterport, ME, Jim (Carol) Thompson of Oswego, IL, Kathy (Bob) Dabbert of Yorkville, IL and Maryanne (Jerry) Clark of Oswego, IL; Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Virginia Miller.
