Robert “Wayne” White

Robert “Wayne” White, Jr., 66, beloved husband and father, of Granbury, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, following a brief illness.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6 until 7 P.M., on Friday, March 25, 2022, at the Wiley Funeral Home, 400 Highway 377 E., in Granbury. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 7 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
Wayne was born on October 31, 1955 in Fort Worth, Texas. He attended high school in Fort Worth. On August 8th, 1998 Wayne married Valerie S Kocak. He worked for Thomas Conveyors of Burleson, Texas for 37 years prior to his retirement. He later worked at the Home Depot in Snohomish, Washington. He was active in the Boy Scouts when his son was young. He enjoyed outdoor activities including gardening and canoeing. Wayne and his wife had a passion for traveling. Wayne will affectionately be remembered for his sense of humor and for his dedication to his family.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Valerie; his children, Mandi White of Fort Worth and Taylor White of Cleburne; his step-daughter, Stephanie Kocak of Arlington; his granddaughter, Layla Kocak of Arlington; his sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Randy Woolsey of Fort Worth; in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Robert “Buddy” and Zayne Ann White.
