Robert “Bob” Dale Blaylock, Sr.
Robert “Bob” Dale Blaylock, Sr., 94, went to be with the love of his life, Dene, Monday, March 7, 2022, in Granbury, Texas. He was born November 28, 1927, to Hoyt and Maye Derrick Blaylock in Belleville, Arkansas.
Visitation: 10am, Thursday, March 10, 2022, First Baptist Church Thorp Spring, Texas.
Service: 11am, following visitation, First Baptist Church Thorp Spring, Texas.
Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park, Granbury, Texas.
Bob was a WW II Veteran and served in the Medical Division. He was a plant manager for Chevron for 36 years. After retiring he then went to work for Walmart for 24 years.
Bob enjoyed his family and friends. He also loved his Church and Sunday School Class at the First Baptist Church of Thorp Spring.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy (Dene) Wylodene Blaylock; son, Robert “Bobby” Dale Blaylock Jr.; parents, Hoyt and Maye Blaylock and sister Sue Johnson.
Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughter Patti Hay and husband Steve.
