Robert J. Luedtke Jr
Robert J. Luedtke Jr., age 75 of Sheridan, IL passed away on March 2, 2022 at
Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born on December 1, 1946 in Aurora, IL the son of Robert J. and Doris (Wright) Luedtke.
Bob was united in marriage on September 4, 1965 to Virginia A. Marcum and they have spent the next 56 years happily together. Mr. Luedtke was formerly employed, for many years, as a Dispatcher by F.E. Wheaton Lumber Co, until his retirement. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Bob is survived by his wife, Virginia Luedtke of Sheridan, IL; his children, Mark (Kristen) Luedtke of Sugar Grove, IL, Margaret (Michael) Dillon of Varna, IL and Miriam (Justin) Becker of Leland, IL; his grandchildren, Emma Luedtke, Robert Luedtke, Elizabeth (Ryan) Hassett, Matthew Dillon, Abbie Becker and Christian Becker; his soon-to-be great-granddaughter; his siblings, Terry (Sue) Luedtke of WI and Virginia (Jim) Esposito of IL; also several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Doris Luedtke; also his father and mother-in-law, Oscar and Lois Marcum.
