Ronald Allen Maida

Ronald Allen Maida, age 77 of Yorkville, IL passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his home. He was born on April 30, 1943 in Chicago, IL the son of Aloysius and Alvina (Falat) Maida.

Mr. Maida was united in marriage on October 19, 1968 to Charlotte A. Ross and they spent the next 49 years happily together until her passing on July 5, 2018. Ronald was a proud Veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Ronald is survived by his children, Chris (Jill) Maida of Lombard, IL and Laura Maida of Yorkville, IL; his three grandchildren; his siblings, Gerald (Marilyn) Maida of Bloomingdale, IL and Cynthia Maida of Kankakee, IL; also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Aloysius and Alvina Maida; and his wife, Charlotte A. Maida.
