Matthew Howard Brace, born on November 20, 1954, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, passed away on October 30, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He was 70 years old.

He proudly served in the United States Army from 1972-1975. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The College of New Jersey. He dedicated over 34 years of his professional engineering career, working for Rockwell Collins/Raytheon in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Richardson, Texas.

He is lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren: Diana Brace, her husband Jeffrey Block, and their son, Rowan; Jennifer Provorse and her husband, Joe Provorse; Matthew Brace, his wife Sara, and their son, Mason; and Joshua Brace.

He is also remembered by his sisters Marion Dawson, Patricia Eaves, and Madeline Watkins. Matthew was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Evelyn Weigel and Granville Clark Brace; and his sister, Barbara Shoemaker.
