Tracy Ann Swab

Tracy Ann Swab, beloved daughter of Judith Swab, William Swab, and Diane Swab, passed away on September 16th, 2025.

Born in Pasadena on December 18, 1969, Tracy spent her life in California raising her children. She previously worked as a hospice caregiver, paramedic, and also played Cinderella at Disneyland as a teenager.

She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Antek, her sons, Paul Perez and Nicholas Osborne, and her dog, Lilly Swab. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Syndee, Sammy, Isaiah, and Isabella, as well as Ludovico Perez and Jim Weiler. She was preceded in death by her two children, Amanda Hernandez and Joshua Osborne, and her parents.

Tracy leaves behind a life of joy, generosity, and love to those who knew her. She will be deeply missed. Private services were held at Cabot & Sons. Burial was at Rose Hills Cemetery, where she will eternally rest with her grandparents and mother.
