Charles H. Miscikoski, 84, of Evart, Michigan passed away on August 21, 2025, at his home peacefully in the presence of family. Chuck was born on July 4, 1941 to Edward and Helen (Widanka) Miscikoski in Toledo, Ohio.
In 1960 Charles met Carol Miscikoski and he knew she was the one for him. The two married in January of 1962 and started their life together. He was a truck driver, police officer in Toledo and worked at GM, before moving up to Evart in the 70’s, where they raised their children and took in numerous foster children. He was employed at Evart Products where he retired from.
He went by “Polock Charlie” and enjoyed boat racing, motorcycling with Carol, always had an open door policy and a kind heart. He was straight forward and you always knew where you stood with Chuck.
Throughout the years Carol remained the love of his life and her happiness is what he treasured she became the love of his life and her happiness was what mattered. Everyday since her passing on April 22, 2024, he said that he was ready to be with her.
Charlie is survived by: 5 children, Susan (David) Apsey, Jeff (Deanna) Miscikoski, Ed (Rhonda) Miscikoski, Lori Miscikoski and Kelly (Ashley) Miscikoski; 13 grandchildren, three of which he was instrumental with their upbringing, Katelyn, Jordyn and Taylor, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Charlie is now reunited with: his beloved wife of 62 years, Carol; his parents, Edward and Helen; sons, Mark and John Miscikoski and great-grandson, Camron Clark.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Evart Fairgrounds, on Saturday, September 13th from 3PM – 7PM. Arrangements and care have been entrusted to Corey Funeral Home, Evart. Share with us online at www.coreyfuneralhome.com.
