Barbara Crawford

Barbara Ann Crawford, better known as “Bobbie”, the beloved matriarch of the Pearson Family,

transitioned to her Heavenly home on July 13, 2025.

Barbara Ann Crawford was born on November 16, 1955, to Herman & Katherine Pearson. She gave

her life to Christ at an early age.

At the age of 19, she took on the responsibility of caring for her brother & sisters after the tragic

death of their mother. She dedicated her life to ensure her siblings completed school and remained

together as a family. Family has always been important to her. She started a tradition of family gatherings and celebrating birthdays. She enjoyed cooking and passed her skills down to her daughter Porcia & Niece Katherine.

She was proceeded in death by her mother, Katherine Pearson; Father, Herman Pearson Sr; Sister,

Janet Pearson Talbert & Grandfather, Thomas H. Smith.

She leaves to cherish her daughter, Porcia Pearson; Grandsons, Joydon Brooks & Tyshun Russell;

Greatgrands, Madison Brooks & Tylan Russell; Brother, Herman Pearson Jr.; Sister, Rhonda Pear

son; Aunt, Rose Ann Parker Moore (Norman), Niece Katherine Backus, Janet Talbert, Me’chell Tal

bert; Nephews, Mitchell Talbert Sr (Alicia), Kendall Paige, Mitchell Talbert Jr., & Kendan White.
