Kathy Adams

Kathy Adams, age 69 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025 at UK Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born October 27, 1955 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Herman & Jessie Sue Wallen Gray. She was the wife of William Adams. Along with her husband she is survived by her Daughters: Angela Adams (Adam) Baldridge of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Emily (Troy) Pennington of Wheelersburg, Ohio; Sisters: Karen (Todd) Blevins & Lisa (Darryl) Allen both of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Fur babies: Ms. Gray, Mr. Black & Riley; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue all day Tuesday, August 26, 2025

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 12 noon at the funeral home with Roy Harlow officiating

Entombment will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
