Gentry McIntosh

Gentry McIntosh, husband of Margaret Raines McIntosh and son of the late Raymond and Allie Fox McIntosh was born in Lee County, Kentucky on August 19, 1956 and departed this life in Irvine, Kentucky on June 8, 2025 at the age of 68 years, 9 months, and 20 days.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret McIntosh of Beattyville, Kentucky; three children, Sharon McIntosh of Fostoria, Ohio, Jennifer Tackett (Stephen) of Lexington, Kentucky, and Charles McIntosh of Beattyville; four grandchildren, Hunter Chase McIntosh, Noah Montiel, Willow Rayne McIntosh, and Sandra Collins; brothers and sister, Beverly Begley, Charles Begley (Marie), Larry Joe McIntosh (Rita), Don McIntosh (Mary), and Roy Gene McIntosh (Barbara Ann); his honorary grandchildren, Amia and Aiden Montiel; and host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Gentry was preceded in death by brothers and sister, Paul, Darrell, Barbara Louise, and Michael Raymond McIntosh; a son-in-law, Tracy Lee Riley Tackett; and a special nephew, Jason Wayne McIntosh.
