Juanita Elaine Burton
Juanita Elaine Burton, age 80 of Plano IL, formerly of Villa Park, passed away peacefully on Monday November 15, 2021 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora.
Juanita was born on August 24, 1941 in Louisville, KY to Fred Newberg (raised by Arlie Harry Martin (Toby)) and Pearl Johnson/Martin.
Juanita is survived by her loving husband Earl Lawrence Burton, whom she married on January 30th, 1960. Her children: Dawn (David) Parison and Wayne (Cindy) Burton. Brothers: Keith Martin & Darrell Martin. Her Grandchildren: Elayne, John, Kendra, Dana, Dallas, Cody, Jacob, Anthony & Cameron. Great-Grandchildren: Shayna, Evalyna, Heaven, Dominic, Mykayla, Aaleyah, Johnny, Jackson, Madison, Phoenix & Jameson.
She was preceded in death by her parents Pearl and Toby, her sisters Joy and Jackie and brother Dion.
Juanita was an avid gardener of roses. She loved to dance and also enjoyed many years sewing and crafting and quilting for many of the area churches. Above all, she was a loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother.
A memorial visitation will be held for Juanita on Saturday, December 11th from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm at Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 N. Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL.
