Dr. H. Eugene Calver
Dr. H. Eugene Calver, 93, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021. He was a practicing dentist for 53 years.
Eugene was born January 14, 1928, to the late Thelma E. (Fox) and Howard D. Calver. He was a graduate of Madison High School, Class of 1946, and a graduate of The Ohio State University earning an undergraduate and graduate degree in dentistry. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of First English Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Heuss) Calver; sons, Stephen and Brent; grandson, Chad (Tiffany) Conkle and their daughter, Isla.
At Eugene’s request, there will be no calling hours. A private family graveside service will be observed. Memorial expressions may be made to the First English Lutheran Church, 53 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
