Patricia Koslowski

We mourn the loss of Patricia A. Koslowski on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Patricia was born December 11, 1940 in East New York, Brooklyn to Giuseppe (Joseph) Carillo and Gisella

(Jean) Ondocin.  Jean Marie Carillo soon followed as little sister.

Patty married Eugene Koslowski in 1960, and had 3 children, Richard, Steven and Christina.

They moved to Franklin Square in 1978.

She was widowed in 1990 and continued her life in Franklin Square until her passing.

She leaves 2 surviving children, 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren and their families to join the

Lord and the dearly departed family that she surely missed.

Rest in peace.
