James Croy

James R. Croy, age 76, passed away Friday, July 11, 2025. He was born March 23, 1949 in Pittsburg, PA to his parents, the late, James and Nancy (Twiss) Croy. He was raised in Perry Township and for many years he worked for Convoy Container in Canton. He was a member of United Gospel Tabernacle.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Croy; sisters, Rita Collier, Mary Saunders, Donna Livingood and Erla Croy.

Survivors include two brothers, David and Edward Croy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday July 24, 2025 at 5pm at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel with Pastor Shirley Kasler officiating. There will be one hour of calling hours prior to the service on Thursday from 4pm to 5pm. His final internment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
