Debora Nowlin

Debora Gail Plymale Nowlin, 70 of Ona, WV, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Donald Maynard. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. She was born February 13, 1955 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Lowell David Plymale and Bonnie Morrison Plymale. Debora was retired from St. Mary’s Medical Center and had a special place in her heart for animals. Part of her passion in life was feeding and caring for her four legged friends. She was preceded in death by her granddaughters, Audrey and McKenna Nowlin. Survivors include her loving husband, Ronald Edward Nowlin; two sons, Sean Nowlin (Kelli) of Columbus, OH, Kevin Nowlin (Ashley) of Salt Lake City, UT; two sisters, Sherry Maynard (Don) of Wayne, WV, Diana Plybon of Ohio; two brothers, Brian Plymale (Lisa) of Wayne, WV, Brent Plymale of Huntington, WV; five grandchildren, Logan, Emma, Garrett, Stone and River Nowlin; two special friends, Maudie Christian and Cathy Pasley; a cherished cousin, Cindy Pancake; her in-laws, Dagnya and James White, Deborah and Ron Martz; several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, along with a host of additional family and friends. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV.
