Robert Baker
Robert Eugene Baker, 69, of Clear Spring, MD, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at his home.
Born June 19, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Robert L. Baker and the late Beverly (Witte) Baker.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Melanie C. Baker, in November 2024.
Robert was a graduate of High Point High School in Beltsville, MD and retired from the United States Postal Service as a mechanic for over 30 years.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hagerstown and St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in Williamsport.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Baker; sister, Sandra Baker; brother, Michael Baker and wife, Gerri; two nieces, Joanna Johansen and Natasha Wilson; and three nephews, Thomas Wilson, Richard Cross, and Brian Cross.
In addition to his wife and mother, Robert was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Baker.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
