Life and Legacy

Victor L. Parker of Cleveland, Ohio was born June 15, 1986, in Akron, Ohio. He was the youngest of two children. Leaving behind his older brother Mitchell Parker and his parents Dianne Parker and Al Parker. Victor attended Richmond Hts. Schools.

 His church affiliation was Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Larry L. Harris.

Early in life, his aspiration was to someday become a “rapper”. He was not a performer. However, his passion was “rapping”. His least favorite interest was sports. However, he did enjoy working out to keep his body toned. 

Victor leaves to cherish his memories, his twin sons, King and Messiah Parker, his mother Dianne Parker (Cleveland, Ohio) father Al Parker (Florida), Brother Mitchell Parker (Atlanta GA), Uncle Isaiah Lewis (Aurora, Ohio) Aunts, Brenda Parker, and Michelle Parker of (Cleveland, Ohio). Cousins, Dominic, Milin, and Mariah. “Special Friends”, Ren’Nesha Watkins and Rynisha Hardy.
