Timothy Edward Hughes

Timothy Edward Hughes, 52, of Springfield, died at 9:47 pm, Sunday May 23, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born June 25, 1968 in Springfield to Francis Aloysius and Rosemary (Denk) Hughes.

He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Oldridge of Springfield; four siblings, Francis “Frank” (Allyson) Hughes of Rochester, Patrick (Julia) Hughes of Dallas, TX, Toni Marie (Timothy) Brady of Florida and Daniel Hughes of Riverton; two stepsisters, Cindy (Scott) Wooden and Angie Oldridge Ward, both of Springfield and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Francis A. Hughes; stepfather, Thomas Oldridge and two stepbrothers, Thomas and Mark Oldridge.

Tim enjoyed working with his co-workers at Happy Daze. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church.

Memorial Mass: 11:00 am, Friday, May 28, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church with Reverend Jim Isaacson officiating. Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Church.
