Thomas L. Grzelak, age 59 of Plano, IL passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb, IL. He was born on October 15, 1962 in Chicago, IL the son of Stanley and Zella (Shuster) Grzelak.

Tom was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. He was currently employed by Walmart in Plano, IL. Tom was a loving brother, uncle and dear companion who will be deeply missed.

Tom is survived by his sisters, Joyce (Ed) Prvepalkowski of Johnsburg, IL and Mary Grzelak of AZ; his devoted companion Sara Reed and her family of Plano, IL; his uncle, Herbert Shuster of French Lick, IN, his aunt, Ella Krizek of Billings, MT;  also several cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Zella Grzelak of Chicago, IL.

Funeral Services will be private.
