Sylvia Margarita Fuchs

Sylvia Margarita Fuchs, 88, of Hendersonville, NC passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022.

Sylvia was born on Sunday, July 9, 1933, in Bronx, NY to the late John Irizarry and Matilda Torres. Sylvia is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Fuchs.

Sylvia was a paralegal. She took pride in her position and the many years she worked for Broad and Cassell Law Firm.

Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Cindy Doyle of Arden, NC; son Gary Barbosa and daughter in law Jane of Panama City Beach, FL; grandchildren, Amber Thomas, Brittany Halpin, Derrik Doyle, and Gregory Barbosa; great-grandson, Drake Thomas; sisters, Nellie Suarez of​Plantation, FL, Blanca Varela of Cleveland, TN, and Alina Glover of Defuniak Springs, FL; and niece, Rhonda Varela of Cleveland, TN.

In addition to several other nieces and nephews, Sylvia is also survived by her special friends, Cathy Markiewicz and Mona Hodge.

The family is planning a private service in remembrance of Sylvia.
