Robert Lee Childers

Robert Childers, 75, of Chesterton, Indiana passed away May 5th. He was predeceased by his mother, father and two brothers.  Robert is survived by a loving wife, child, grandchildren, two sisters, family, and friends.

Robert grew up in North Carolina and Indiana. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and racing go-karts.  Robert loved watching the Chicago Cubs and NASCAR on television. He was also a member of Isaac Walton. Robert owned a heating and air conditioning company.

Our family is grateful to know that Robert is at peace.

A funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 2pm in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home; a visitation will be held one hour prior.
