Ralph L. Willoughby

Ralph L. Willoughby, 73, of Sherman, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:50 pm at Memorial Medical Center.

He was born on August 7, 1947 to Frank and Ruth (Sapp) Willoughby and they preceded him in death. He married Nancy Seeley on July 1, 1977 and she survives.

He is also survived by five children: Regan (Dacia) Willoughby of St. Louis, Ryan (Christine) Willoughby of Estero, FL, Ralph Willoughby, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL, Marc Lehrkamp of Springfield and Andy (Jill) Lehrkamp of Columbus, MS, three grandchildren: Paige Lehrkamp, Christopher Willoughby and Matthew Willoughby, one brother, Fred Willoughby of Sherman and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sandy Rath and brother, Allen Willoughby.

He was a heavy equipment operator by trade for Local 965 and a very proud United States Army Vietnam Veteran.

Graveside Service: 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Camp Butler National Cemetery where military honors will be conducted.

Memorial contributions may be made to Camp Butler National Cemetery.
