Obituary: Gregory Hatch

Carson City, Nevada – It is with heavy hearts, we announce that Gregory Hatch, 58, our beloved husband, father, and friend passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022 with his wife by his side, at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, CA, after a long battle with illness. Greg was born on October 23, 1963, in Boulder, Colorado.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and time spent with family and friends. Greg was loved very much and will be dearly missed. We will find comfort in all the wonderful memories we shared together.

Greg loved performing as a local musician in the Northern Nevada area. He was also a Special Needs School Bus Driver for the Carson City School District for 12 years, and adored transporting the little ones! He had such a fun and gentle soul.

He will be reunited with his father, Ferris Hatch, mother, Mabel Hatch, sister, Sylvia Hatch-Lehman, nephew Jason Crownover and step-son Brandon Case.

Greg is survived by the love of his life and best friend of 32 years Rowena Louise Hatch, daughter Harmony Sibley, son-in-law Jason Sibley, son, Devon Hatch, son Garrett Hatch and daughter-in-law Stephenie Case. He was a beloved grandfather to Ronnie Ghostbear-Hatch , Brooklynn Case, Skyylar Case, Cairayanne Sibley, Kamrin Sibley, Hayden Sibley, Kensey Sibley and Dominic Hatch.
