Purvis Jr. (2013) step-daughter Lynzey Pier, His brother John Purvis (Pam Purvis), sister Debi Squires (Dutch Squires) step-sister Ann Fredricks (Charlie Fredricks) and preceded by step-brother John Disborough (2015), and 9 grandchildren.
