Nancy Ruth Lamb Brown

Nancy Ruth Lamb Brown, 81, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023 at her home in Granbury. She was born January 19, 1941, in Allen (Hughes County), Oklahoma to Inthy Inez McKay Lamb and Jewel Sanford Lamb.

She is preceded in death by both parents; her husband, Donald Wayne Brown; a daughter, Beverly Denise Newton; three brothers, Arthur Dail Lamb, Kenneth Lamb, Buddy Jewel Lamb; three sisters, Katheryn Joyce Leak, Clara Mae Sims, and Mary Louella Cessna.

She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Jean Newton Pate; three stepsons, Chris Brown, Gregg Brown, and Michael Brown; a brother, Olen Glen Lamb; four sisters, Helen Louise Frye, Carolyn Yvonne Hill, Donna Pearl Allison, and Judy Lamb Griffin; two grandchildren, Alex Evan Pate and Ashley Nicole Pate; four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Evan Pate, Christopher Nicolas Pate, Jeanessa Denise Garza, and Tyianniah June-Marie Myles; a great-great-granddaughter, Haisley Ivy Lynn-Pate; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm. on Monday, January 23,2023 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland, Texas under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home of Granbury.
