Mary “Pauline” Fogarty Ross was born on December 25, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. At the age of 80, Pauline passed away on May 4, 2025, at her home in Delray Beach, Florida. She was the cherished wife of Jim Ross for 41 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jim, her father and mother, Paul and Margaret Fogarty, her brothers, Jim and Jerry Fogarty, and sister, Patricia Kozel. She will be deeply missed by her 3 sisters, Sharon Drendel (Naperville, IL), Madonna Schmitt (Columbia, CT), and Karen Monserud (Nederland, CO) and her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pauline graduated from Regis High School and attended Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She relocated to Chicago, in the mid 60’s, where she began employment with International Harvester. She attended Northwestern University earning her master’s degree. She worked for International Harvester/Navistar for over 30 years.

A funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Joseph, Michigan, Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM EDT. Burial and celebration of life to follow.
