Mary Carman Davis

Mary “Carmen” Davis, 68, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to many, passed away Thursday morning, March 2, 2023, in Granbury.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11 A.M., on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Wiley Funeral Home, 400 Highway 377 East, in Granbury.  Burial will be private.

Carman was born on October 8, 1954, in Waxahachie, Texas, to Domingo and Mary Gonzales.  She enjoyed gardening.  Carman worked at Lowes Home Improvement in Waxahachie for many years.  She will affectionately be remembered for her love of everybody and for always putting others first.

Carmen is survived her daughters, Stephanie and husband Joe Prcin and Monica and husband Cody Derrick; her grandchildren, Morgan and husband Will Woolverton, Kota and wife Lindsay Prcin, Longan and wife Kaylee Derrick, Keelan Derrick, Alana Wilkinson, Connor Derrick, and Easton Derrick; her great-grandchildren, Addy and Kittrick; her sisters, Cindy Serrano, Pat James, Melody Gonzales, Linda Linove, Brenda Thomas, Loretta Marshall, and Yolanda Torres; and by her faithful beloved dog, Rylee.

Carmen was preceded in death by her parents.
