Mary C. Boysen nee Thoma, age 78, passed away peacefully at home on September 24, 2021. Beloved wife for almost 54 years of Jim; loving mother of Kristen (Don) Sondermann and Dan (Katie); cherished grandmother of Riley, Grace, and Liam Sondermann; Margaret and Claire Boysen. Dear sister of Pat (Dick) Berg, Sue Donovan, and Charles Thoma; loving aunt and friend of many. She devoted her life to her family, especially her husband, kids, and grandkids. Funeral Saturday, October 2nd, 11AM at St. Juliana Church, 7400 W Touhy Ave., Chicago. Interment private. Visitation Friday, October 1st, 3PM to 8PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N Cicero Ave., Chicago. In lieu of flowers, donations to National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
