Linda S. Hoelscher

Linda Sue Hoelscher, 70, of Mineral City, passed away on June 24, 2022, following a period of declining health.

Born in Canton on August 18, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Ruth Maxine (Meyer) Angelo and Carl Ellsworth Jones.

After completing her education, Linda married her husband, David Edward Hoelscher on March 7, 1970. They were members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They enjoyed breeding Shar Pei dogs for more than 15 years and spending all their time together living simply.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by her son, Jason (Joyce) Hoelscher; grandchildren, Paige Eileen Hoelscher, Brittany Tustin, James Conner, and Adam (companion, Stephanie Emery) Conner; and her sister, Kathy (companion, Mike Harrington) Jones.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Paige Edward Hoelscher.

A memorial service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 521 Stratton Ave SW, New Philadelphia on July, 5, 2022 at 5 p.m.

Memorial contributions in Linda’s memory may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice.
