Lillian Marie Pratte

Lillian Marie Pratte, 90, of Pawnee, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Rochester Estates Senior Living. She was born August 7, 1931, in Springfield, the daughter of William Lee and Bessie Marie (Sims) Hunter. She married James W. Pratte on November 10, 1951 and he preceded her in death on September 16, 2017.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Sarah McCarrel and Betty Bachman; and brother, John Siliskie.

Survivors include her daughter, Janice M. Owen and two grandchildren, Jennifer M. Von Behren and Joseph (Kari) Owen of Colorado.

Lillian worked for the State of Illinois Commerce Commission. She loved flowers and adored her grandchildren.

Visitation: 1 – 2:30 pm, Friday, June 17, 2022 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 2:30 pm, Friday, June 17, 2022 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Pastor Mike Harney officiating. Burial will follow at Vigal Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
