Jerry A. Ostap, age 60, of Palatine IL. Beloved husband to Nadine “Nadia” Ostap for 27 wonderful years. Dear brother to Orysia Ostap, the late Ihor “Michael” Ostap, and the late Diane Vanderhoogt. Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Adored cousin, friend and neighbor to many. Jerry had a passion for fishing and was a huge saltwater aquarium hobbyist.
