Dorothy “Polly” Beers passed away peacefully on Dec. 17, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospice Unit after a sudden illness. Following Polly’s wishes, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Paul at Linn Grove Cemetery in rural Mount Vernon, Iowa.
