Dennis John Higgins, born on May 21, 1956, in Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on Oct. 3, 2025.

Dennis was the beloved husband of Tammy, loving father of Eric (Matt) and Heather (Jeremy) and proud grandfather to Chase, Zowie and Starr.

His memory will be cherished by his sister Tonya (Gary), his in-laws Lonna and Gary, and his best friend Jimmy. His cherished companions Felix and Oscar brought him great joy and were deeply loved by him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Magdalen Higgins, and a brother, Bob (Betty).

Dennis will be remembered by family, friends, co-workers and all who knew him for his kindness.
