Charles Edward Martin Jr., age 48 of Plano, IL passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2021 at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. He was born on January 5, 1973 in Chicago, IL the son of Charles Edward and Suzette (Novak) Martin Sr.

Charles was employed for many years, as a Corporate Executive Chef who enjoyed cooking for others. He was a loving fiancé, a generous, genuine and loyal person who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Charles is survived by his fiancé, Karla Heerdt of Plano, IL.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Suzette Diann Sanford and his Stepfather, James R. Sanford.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
