Charles “Chuck” A. McComas, 87, founder and former owner of McComas-Lacina Construction, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at Oaknoll Retirement Residence in Iowa City.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 8, beginning at 2 p.m., with remarks at 4 p.m. and continued social time to follow all at the Heights Rooftop of the Courtyard by Marriott, 901 Melrose Ave., Iowa City.
