Cecelia Elizabeth “Beth” Steimle Parker

RALEIGH, NC – Cecelia Elizabeth “Beth” Steimle Parker, 74, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at the Raleigh Health & Rehab of Raleigh, NC.

She was born on February 21, 1948 to John T. Steimle and Elizabeth “Lib” Jenkins Steimle Nelson in Ahoskie, NC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Hughes Parker, and her brother, Bert Steimle. Beth graduated from Bertie County High School. She was loved dearly and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Beth is survived by one son, Robert Hughes Parker and his wife Maureen Parker of Raleigh; and two grandchildren, Emery Grace Parker and Camden Hughes Parker.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service – Rich Square Chapel, Rich Square, NC with a celebration of life graveside service following at 2:00 pm at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Rich Square. The family will make there way back to the funeral home for a reception immediately following the graveside service.
