Carleen Duncan

Carleen Ducan, 85, of Hendersonville, died Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Pardee Hospital.

A native and lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was the daughter of the late Everett Morris and Arlesa Rhodes Morris. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Neal Morris and his wife of Mills River, and Charles Morris of Canton.

Carleen was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and served on the Ladies Auxiliary at Blue Ridge Volunteer Fire Department.

She is survived by her loving husband, Glenn Duncan; a daughter, Marilyn Surrett and her husband Eldon of Travelers Rest, SC; a son, Chris Duncan and his wife Sandy of Horse Shoe; two grandchildren, Kelly Cagle and her husband Josh and Casey Duncan and his wife Christina; three great-grandchildren, Wyatt Cagle, Madelyn Cagle, and Caroline Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Sam Beddingfield officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
