Brian Martin

Brian “George” Martin, 43, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born in Mansfield on June 6, 1978.

Brian enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved listening to music and found inspiration through TuPac, Michael Jordan and Muhammad Ali. He liked to play basketball and go mushroom hunting.

Brian is survived by his soulmate, love of his life and mother of his children, Kimberly Tuttle; children, Jordan Martin and Kylie Martin; mother, Wanda Crisp; sisters, Rebecca (Kenneth) Watkins, Susan (Jeremy) Vance and Marsha Martin; nieces and nephews, Chelsie Watkins, Kellie Watkins, Kyle Watkins, Ashley Leadingham, Tyler Vance, Alyssa Collins, Austin Slarb, Bradley Baker, Nicholas Baker and Azaria Baker; and several great-nieces and nephews.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Crisp; grandfather, John F. Lantz and grandmother, Mabel Lantz.

The family will receive friends from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902. A funeral service will follow thereafter beginning at 11:30 a.m. with Preacher Bob Matthews officiating. He will be laid to rest in Lantz Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
