Brenda Leedy

Brenda E. Leedy, 83, of Ashland, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at UH Samaritan Medical Center in Ashland. She was born in London, England on August 2, 1938 to the late Stan and Annie (Weston) Ramshaw.

Brenda was an independent woman who was always on the go and stayed busy. She loved traveling and visiting casinos. Brenda was an avid reader of mystery novels and enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, gardening and her English tea. She was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ashland.

Brenda is survived by her son, David A. Leedy; grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Daugherty; and step-grandchildren, Bradley and Brock Daugherty.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allan E. Leedy; daughter, Carolyn A. Daugherty; and brother, Anthony Ramshaw.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, OH 44902.
