She is Survived by: 3 step daughters along with their spouses, Carolyn Dale Myres (Earl), Marilyn Gale Routt (Danny), and Sharalyn Kale Pitcock (Bob).  8 grandchildren, Amber Garrison Duncan (John), Angela Garrison, Zachary Garrison (Audrey), Emily Routt, Laura Brown (Geren), Robert Pitcock (Madeline), Rosalind Lawrence, and Tarrant Fuller, and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her husband of 41 years, Dale Wayne Fowler, Mother Inez Montgomery, Father Johnnie Montgomery, and Brother Carl Montgomery.

She was born August 29, 1936 in Turkey, Texas.  She graduated from high school in Pueblo, Colorado in 1954.  She graduated from Amarillo College, Northwest Texas School of Nursing in 1957.

She married Dale Wayne Fowler on November 1, 1968.  She continued nursing until she joined Dale in owning car dealerships in Dimmit, Graham and Weatherford and later in the custom home building business in Granbury.

Along with Dale, they were involved in their church, Habitat for Humanity and various civic organizations.

Service: 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, First Christian Church of Granbury, Graveside service: 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Memorial Park Cemetery, Amarillo, Texas under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.
