Alice “Christine” Mosier

Alice “Christine” Mosier

Alice “Christine” Mosier, age 92, of Chicago. Loving wife of the late Gene Mosier. Devoted mother to Ramona (Tom ) Paravola. Cherished grandma to Jennifer, Nicole (Olin), Alicia, and Carol (Kevin). Adored great grandma to Navy. Dear sister to Edie Heath, Edward (Louise) Roch, Irene Horacek, and the late Dorothy, Marie, and Don.

Christine was an avid gardener, writer, and card player. She spent almost 50 years working alongside her husband, Gene, as he created beautiful gardens through his landscape business. She also enjoyed freelance writing for both local and national publications, visiting and playing cards with her daughter and grand-daughters, and talking to her sister for hours on the phone. When she and Gene lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas, where they spent many happy years, Christine was very active in her church and civic affairs, with her friends, Mary and George Rivera.

Christine was a kind, gentle, happy person with a loving heart and an even temperament. She was always there to lend a hand, or recite some silly poem to make you laugh. She was loved dearly and will be missed greatly by those who knew her.
